Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Cancellation: 80% refund less $25 admin fee is given for cancellations of more than 30 days notice. No refund is given if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reservation date.
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
To assist in your booking enquiry please include your groups details i.e. ages male/female etc.
Please note that after confirmation of your booking the property owners require a bond of $400 for 5-7 nights stay or more or $200 for 2-4 nights stay payable to the operator via direct bank deposit (We do not accept credit card or personal cheque payments for bond) 3 working days before occupancy and will be refunded within 7 days once the property has been checked and found to be in order. We are very diligent in refunding the bond if the property is undamaged.
*Note: A $600 refundable bond is payable for stays between Christmas and New year.
